3. Develop and implement strategies for improving material quality and supplier management.
4. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, production, and logistics to ensure quality standards are maintained.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
7. Prepare and present reports to senior management on material quality and supplier management.
8. Monitor changes in regulations and standards and stay up-to-date with industry trends in the field.
9. Design and implement quality control systems and processes.
10. Train and mentor junior staff in material quality and supplier management.
