Job Description

At DuPont, we are looking for a highly qualified Material Quality and Supplier Management Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in industrial technology and science-based solutions. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about quality and supplier management, and who is eager to make an impact in our fast-paced environment.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. A minimum of five years of experience in quality or supplier management is required. Expertise in quality assurance and supply chain management processes is essential. Experience with ISO 9001 and similar standards is preferred. The ideal candidate must also be highly organized and have a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must. We are seeking a candidate who is motivated and driven to achieving the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and oversee compliance with quality and supplier management processes and standards.
  2. Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality assurance.
  3. Analyze supplier data and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement quality control procedures.
  5. Develop and maintain quality assurance documents.
  6. Establish supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
  7. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure suppliers meet quality standards.
  8. Manage supplier audits and corrective action plans.
  9. Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  10. Establish and maintain effective communication between suppliers and internal teams.
  11. Develop and maintain quality management systems.
  12. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and similar standards.
  13. Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics.
  14. Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance and supplier management processes.
  15. Investigate and resolve supplier quality issues.
