Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and systems.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of equipment modifications and improvements.
3. Perform preventative maintenance and general upkeep on production machines.
4. Monitor production activities and ensure that quality standards are met.
5. Assist in the training of new employees.
6. Identify and suggest process and safety improvements.
7. Maintain accurate records and documents related to production activities.
8. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
9. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
