Maintenance Technician

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on all equipment and machinery to ensure proper functionality and prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, and make necessary repairs or adjustments in a timely manner.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of equipment and reduce downtime.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and technologies to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot problems as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, and adhere to all company policies and regulations.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Maintenance Technician At Dupont Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Educational Qualification.
Technical Degree Or Certification: Candidates With A Technical Degree Or Certification In A Related Field Such As Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering Will Be Preferred For The Role.
Experience In Maintenance Or Repair Work: Previous Experience In Maintenance Or Repair Work, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting, Will Be Beneficial For The Candidate.
Knowledge Of Safety Protocols: A Maintenance Technician Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Procedures To Ensure A Safe Working Environment For Themselves And Their Colleagues.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Troubleshoot And Diagnose Problems In Equipment And Machinery Is A Crucial Qualification For A Maintenance Technician At Dupont. Candidates Should Be Able To Think Critically And Find Effective Solutions To Technical Issues.
