Maintenance Supervisor

This individual will be responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep of our facilities and equipment. We are looking for someone who is organized, motivated, and knowledgeable in the areas of building maintenance and repair. The successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team.The required qualifications for this role include a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a maintenance supervisor role, or equivalent experience in a similar role. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds is also required. Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and other building maintenance systems is preferred. The ideal candidate should also possess strong communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of people.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the overall upkeep of our facilities and equipment.
2. Utilize excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
3. Prioritize safety and efficiency.
4. Remain organized, motivated, and knowledgeable in the areas of building maintenance and repair.
5. Work independently and as part of a team.
6. Oversee and manage the maintenance staff.
7. Monitor the progress and quality of maintenance activities.
8. Make sure that maintenance activities are done in accordance with safety regulations.
9. Ensure that all equipment is operating properly and safely.
10. Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff.
11. Assist in budgeting and procurement of necessary supplies and materials.
12. Maintain records and documentation of maintenance activities.
13. Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctioning systems.
