Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering, Preferably In The Chemical Or Manufacturing Industry.
Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Process Engineers, Including Setting Objectives, Delegating Tasks, And Providing Guidance And Feedback.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Process Design And Optimization, Including Experience With Process Simulation Software (E.g. Aspen Plus, Hysys).
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency, Productivity, And Safety.
