  1. Develop and implement a global compensation strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Design and manage competitive compensation programs that attract and retain top talent across all regions and business units.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to ensure competitiveness of compensation programs.
  4. Collaborate with HR business partners and senior leaders to understand business needs and develop compensation solutions that support business objectives.
  5. Monitor and review existing compensation programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  6. Develop and maintain job descriptions and job leveling framework for all positions within the organization.
  7. Analyze and interpret compensation data to make recommendations for salary adjustments and bonuses.
  8. Ensure compliance with all local and international laws and regulations related to compensation.
  9. Provide guidance and support to HR teams and managers on compensation-related matters.
  10. Develop and deliver training programs on compensation principles and practices to HR and management teams.
  11. Manage relationships with external compensation consultants and vendors.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation to continuously improve the organization's compensation strategy.
  13. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and executive leadership.
  14. Lead and manage a team of compensation professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  15. Represent the organization in compensation-related matters, including salary surveys, benchmarking, and industry events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Management, Preferably In A Global Organization.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Compensation Strategies, Including Base Pay, Incentives, And Benefits.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data To Inform Compensation Decisions.

  • Experience With Global Compensation Programs And Practices, Including Knowledge Of Local Laws And Regulations.
