  1. Develop and implement global business strategies that drive growth and success for the Home Improvement division of DuPont.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and targets.
  3. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and develop plans to enter and expand in those markets.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products and solutions that meet the needs of the home improvement industry.
  5. Utilize market research and data analysis to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
  6. Monitor and analyze global market trends and competition to identify potential risks and opportunities for the business.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  8. Set and monitor performance metrics to ensure the division is meeting financial and operational goals.
  9. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the division.
  10. Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates on business performance and seek support for key initiatives.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  12. Represent DuPont and the Home Improvement division at industry events and conferences.
  13. Mentor and develop team members to build a strong, high-performing team.
  14. Manage and allocate resources effectively to support business objectives.
  15. Collaborate with other Global Business Directors to share best practices and drive overall business success.
