- Operate finishing machines and ensure proper functioning and maintenance of equipment.
- Set up and adjust machines according to job specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or production issues.
- Keep accurate records of production data and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.

Experience: Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In A Finishing Or Textile Production Role.
Technical Skills: Proficient In Operating And Troubleshooting Finishing Machinery, Including But Not Limited To Dyeing Machines, Coating Machines, And Calender Machines.
Attention To Detail: Ability To Closely Monitor And Inspect Finished Products For Quality And Accuracy, Ensuring They Meet Dupont's Standards.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Procedures In A Production Environment, With A Strong Commitment To Following Safety Guidelines To Prevent Accidents And Injuries.
Flexibility: Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, Adapt To Changing Production Needs, And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously To Meet Production Goals And Deadlines.
