- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EH&S programs and strategies to promote a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
- Conduct regular industrial hygiene assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend mitigation measures
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to management and employees on occupational health and safety matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve EH&S policies, procedures, and training programs
- Monitor and analyze EH&S data, trends, and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant EH&S regulations and standards, both internally and externally
- Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near misses, and develop and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all matters relating to industrial hygiene, including exposure monitoring, ventilation, chemical management, and personal protective equipment
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging EH&S issues, and implement new initiatives and strategies as needed
- Build and maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance and promote a positive EH&S culture within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Relevant Regulations And Standards, Such As Osha And Epa Requirements.
Certification In Industrial Hygiene, Such As Certified Industrial Hygienist (Cih) Or Certified Safety Professional (Csp).
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Conduct Risk Assessments And Develop Effective Control Strategies.
