- Prepare and present reports on quality metrics to senior management.

- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote a culture of quality and customer focus.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to quality.
- Represent the organization in customer quality meetings and discussions.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Management, Engineering, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Quality Management Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Chemical Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Standards, Such As Iso 9001 And Six Sigma.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Internal Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Develop A Team To Achieve Quality Goals And Objectives.
