  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the lubricants industry.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  5. Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities to expand our market presence.
  6. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and industry to effectively communicate and negotiate with potential clients.
  7. Conduct sales presentations and pitches to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our products and services.
  8. Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  9. Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  10. Continuously seek out and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other means.
  11. Stay updated on industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential business opportunities.
  12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and expand our network.
  13. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  14. Prepare and present regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and new business opportunities.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all business interactions.
