  1. Design and develop automation systems and processes to improve efficiency and reliability of operations.
  2. Implement and maintain automation systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with automation systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  5. Conduct regular audits of automation systems to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  6. Stay updated with industry advancements and innovations in automation technology and recommend implementation when applicable.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure they are followed by all team members.
  8. Train and mentor other team members on the proper use and maintenance of automation systems.
  9. Analyze data and provide reports on system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Maintain accurate documentation of all automation systems and processes.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  12. Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful implementation of automation systems.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to source equipment and materials for automation systems.
  14. Continuously monitor and optimize automation processes to reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance sustainability.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering: A Automation & Process Control Engineer At Dupont Must Hold A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Engineering Field, Such As Electrical, Chemical, Or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Strong Technical Skills: Candidates Must Have A Strong Technical Background In Automation And Process Control, Including Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Plc And Dcs.
