
APAC Payroll Administrator

- Manage all aspects of APAC payroll processes, including but not limited to calculating and processing employee salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits to employees across the Asia Pacific region.
- Monitor and adhere to local and regional payroll regulations, making necessary updates and changes as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting of payroll data.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records related to payroll, including tax information, deductions, and other relevant data.
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously review and improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and submit necessary payroll-related reports to management and regulatory agencies.
- Stay informed about changes in local and regional payroll laws and regulations, and ensure compliance.
- Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in payroll-related processes.
- Maintain a high level of data integrity and accuracy in all payroll-related activities.
- Train and mentor junior payroll staff as needed.
- Represent DuPont in a professional and positive manner, promoting the company's values and culture.
- Contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace by fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Payroll Administration, Preferably In Apac Region.
Proficient In Using Payroll Software And Systems, With Knowledge Of Local Payroll Regulations And Tax Laws.
Strong Attention To Detail, Accuracy, And Ability To Handle Confidential Information.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Global Team Environment.
