  1. Oversee waste management processes in our production facilities, ensuring compliance with all environmental regulations and company standards.
  2. Develop and implement sustainable waste management strategies and initiatives to reduce waste, increase recycling, and promote sustainability.
  3. Monitor and analyze waste data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable solutions for waste reduction and resource conservation.
  5. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of waste materials.
  6. Stay updated on environmental regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  7. Manage relationships with waste management vendors and negotiate contracts for waste disposal services.
  8. Train and educate employees on proper waste management practices and promote a culture of sustainability within the organization.
  9. Develop and maintain waste management reports and records for internal and external reporting purposes.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of waste management processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement environmental sustainability goals and initiatives for the organization.
  12. Represent DuPont at industry conferences and events to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in waste management and sustainability.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert on waste management and sustainability, providing guidance and support to other departments and teams as needed.
  14. Participate in the development and implementation of DuPont's sustainability policies and practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Engineering, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Waste And Resource Management In A Production Setting

  • Strong Understanding Of Environmental Regulations And Sustainability Practices

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting To Track And Improve Waste Reduction And Resource Efficiency Goals.
