- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for the Workday product, in alignment with the overall company vision and goals.
- Conduct market research, gather and analyze customer feedback, and identify trends and opportunities to improve and enhance the Workday product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on the Workday platform and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Conduct user testing and research to gather feedback and validate product ideas and features.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog, and effectively communicate product roadmap and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and manage potential risks and issues related to product development and make recommendations for mitigation.
- Mentor and guide junior product team members, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, and make recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Assist with product marketing and sales initiatives, including creating product messaging and collateral, and conducting product demos and training sessions.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
Strong Understanding Of Workday Platform: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Workday Platform, Including Its Features, Functionalities, And Integrations. They Should Be Able To Navigate And Customize The Platform To Meet The Needs Of Dropbox's Hr And Finance Teams.
Product Management Experience: The Product Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Successful Products, Preferably In The Hr Or Finance Space. They Should Be Able To Handle The Entire Product Lifecycle, From Ideation To Launch, And Have Experience Working Cross-Functionally With Engineering, Design, And Other Teams.
Analytical And Data-Driven Mindset: This Role Requires Someone Who Can Use Data To Make Informed Decisions. The Product Manager Should Be Able To Analyze Product Metrics, Customer Feedback, And Market Trends To Drive Product Strategy And Prioritize Features And Enhancements.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Product Manager, The Candidate Will Need To Work Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Customers, Engineers, Designers, And Executives. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For Effectively Articulating Product Vision And Driving Alignment Across Teams.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Highly Organized And Able To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously. They Should Have Experience Using Project Management Tools And Methodologies To Keep Projects On Track And Ensure Timely Delivery Of Product Releases.
