- Lead the Product team in developing and executing a strategic vision for Dropbox's AI-Powered Security & Content Access Governance products.
- Drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance the security and accessibility of Dropbox's platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and performance to senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of product managers, providing guidance and support to drive their growth and success.

- Represent Dropbox's AI-Powered Security & Content Access Governance products at industry events and conferences.
- Uphold Dropbox's values and culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Extensive Experience In Product Development And Management: The Senior Director Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Product Development And Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Ai-Powered Products.
Strong Technical Background: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With A Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ai Technologies, Security Protocols, And Content Access Governance.
Leadership Skills: As The Head Of Product, The Senior Director Should Have Exceptional Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Inspire And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Product Managers, Engineers, And Designers.
Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Senior Director Should Have A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically About The Product Roadmap. They Should Also Possess Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Make Data-Driven Decisions To Drive The Success Of The Ai-Powered Security And Content Access Governance Products.
