- Lead the development and implementation of data-driven people strategies to support the growth and development of Dropbox employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business leaders, to identify key areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
- Use advanced analytics techniques to analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key people metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and research to address specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Dropbox's people data and systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Proactively identify trends and patterns in people data to anticipate future needs and make proactive recommendations.
- Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and technologies related to people analytics, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Train and educate stakeholders on how to effectively use data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Lead and manage projects related to people analytics, including scoping, planning, and execution to ensure timely and accurate delivery of results.
- Foster a data-driven culture within the organization by promoting the use of data in decision-making and providing training and resources to employees.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr Analytics, Preferably In A Technology Or High-Growth Company.
Strong Understanding Of Statistical Analysis, Data Visualization, And Predictive Modeling Techniques.
Proficiency With Analytical Tools And Software, Such As Excel, Sql, Tableau, And/Or R.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data And Insights In A Clear And Actionable Manner To Various Stakeholders.
