As a Global Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing collections activities for our global customer base.   1. Conduct financial analysis: The Global Collections Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough financial analysis of customer accounts to determine delinquency and develop effective collection strategies.
  2. Manage collections activities: The individual in this role will be responsible for managing all collections activities for our global customer base, including sending payment reminders, managing payment plans, and negotiating settlements.
  3. Prioritize collections efforts: The Global Collections Analyst will need to prioritize collections efforts based on customer account status, importance of the customer, and other relevant factors.
  4. Ensure timely collections: It will be the responsibility of the Global Collections Analyst to ensure that all collections activities are completed in a timely manner, with a focus on maximizing cash flow and minimizing bad debt.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This individual will need to work closely with other teams such as sales, customer support, and finance to gather relevant information and resolve customer issues that may be impacting collections.
  6. Analyze and report on collections metrics: The Global Collections Analyst will be responsible for tracking and analyzing key collections metrics and providing regular reports to management on the status of collections efforts.
  7. Improve collections processes: Continuously improving collections processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness will be a key responsibility of this role.
  8. Provide excellent customer service: The individual in this role will need to maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers while still enforcing collections policies and procedures.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends: The Global Collections Analyst will need to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in collections to ensure our processes remain effective and compliant.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures: The individual in this role will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Global Collections, Preferably In A Software Or Technology Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of International Payment Processes And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate With Customers From Diverse Cultural Backgrounds.

  • Experience With Salesforce And Other Financial Software Systems.
