- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to support decision making for the leadership team.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and provide financial recommendations to achieve them.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, highlighting trends and potential risks.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including budget vs. actuals, to senior management.
- Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of potential business decisions.
- Participate in the annual budgeting process and work closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable budgets.
- Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Mentor and support junior members of the financial planning and analysis team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as auditors and consultants, as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Tech Or Saas Company.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Communicate Key Insights And Recommendations.
Proven Experience In Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Modeling, With A Solid Understanding Of Gaap And Financial Principles.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
