- Develop and implement strategies to grow the emerging partner sales channel, including identifying potential partners and building relationships with them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partner sales initiatives with overall company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential partners, showcasing the benefits of partnering with Dropbox.
- Negotiate and close deals with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Train and educate partners on Dropbox products and services, providing them with the necessary resources and support to effectively sell to their network.
- Monitor and analyze partner sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute co-marketing campaigns and activities with partners.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Dropbox, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
- Continuously foster and strengthen relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated on company products and services, as well as industry developments, to effectively communicate and position Dropbox as a leader in the market.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges faced by partners, providing solutions and support to ensure successful partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and finance, to drive partner success and optimize processes.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue Growth And Successful Partner Relationships.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Partners.
Strong Understanding Of Cloud Technology And The Ability To Effectively Position And Sell Dropbox Products And Solutions To Potential Partners.
