- Develop and lead the corporate financial planning and analysis function at Dropbox.
- Drive financial insights and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and drive business results.
- Develop and implement effective financial processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership, to develop financial plans and budgets that align with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
- Oversee the forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for future actions.
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis, implementing new strategies and tools as needed.

Strong Financial Planning And Analysis (Fp&A) Experience: The Ideal Director Of Corporate Fp&A At Dropbox Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Fp&A Roles, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Organization. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Financial Forecasting, Budgeting, And Analysis Techniques.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Successful Director Of Corporate Fp&A Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Using Quantitative And Qualitative Analysis To Identify Key Business Drivers, Trends, And Opportunities. They Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Provide Actionable Insights To Drive Business Decisions.
Advanced Financial Modeling And Data Analysis Skills: The Director Of Corporate Fp&A Should Be Highly Proficient In Financial Modeling, With Advanced Skills In Excel And Other Financial Analysis Tools. They Should Be Able To Manipulate Large Datasets, Perform Complex Financial Analyses, And Create Insightful Reports And Dashboards.
Experience Managing And Developing Teams: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Leading And Developing A Team Of Financial Analysts. They Should Have Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.
