- Design and implement physical datacenter infrastructure for optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades of datacenter hardware and networking equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with datacenter hardware, networking, or systems.
- Monitor datacenter performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of new datacenter projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for datacenter operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement datacenter strategies and solutions.
- Document datacenter processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest datacenter technologies and trends.
- Assist with capacity planning and forecasting for datacenter resources.
- Train and mentor junior team members on datacenter operations and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on datacenter status and projects.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for datacenter equipment and services.
- Ensure datacenter security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.
- Continuously evaluate and improve datacenter processes and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Datacenter Design, Implementation, And Maintenance.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Datacenter Infrastructure Components Such As Servers, Storage, Networking, And Power Distribution.
Proficiency In Datacenter Management Tools And Protocols, Such As Bms, Dcim, And Snmp.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Best Practices For Datacenter Security, Redundancy, And Disaster Recovery.
