  1. Develop and execute a strategic plan for channel sales that aligns with Dropbox's overall sales goals and objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product, to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  4. Lead and manage a team of channel sales representatives, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure individual and team success.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement and make necessary adjustments to meet sales targets.
  6. Develop and implement training programs for channel partners to ensure a thorough understanding of Dropbox's products and services.
  7. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential partners and strengthen existing relationships.
  8. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the industry to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  9. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on sales performance, market trends, and potential risks and opportunities.
  10. Uphold Dropbox's values and promote a positive and collaborative work culture within the channel sales team.

  • Strong Sales Experience: A Channel Sales Leader At Dropbox Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Sales Process And Be Able To Effectively Lead A Team To Meet Sales Targets.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Communication Is Key In A Channel Sales Role, As The Leader Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Channel Partners. The Ideal Candidate Should Be An Excellent Communicator, Both Verbally And In Writing, And Be Able To Effectively Convey The Value Of Dropbox’s Products And Services To Partners.

  • Strategic Thinking: The Channel Sales Leader Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Have A Strong Understanding Of The Market And Competition. They Should Be Able To Identify New Opportunities For Growth And Develop Effective Strategies To Capitalize On Them.

  • Leadership And Team Management: As A Leader, The Channel Sales Leader Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Motivate And Inspire Their Team To Achieve Results. They Should Also Have Experience Managing A Team And Be Able To Provide Guidance And Support To Help Their Team Members Succeed.

  • Knowledge Of Channel Sales: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Channel Sales And Experience Working With Channel Partners. They Should Be Familiar With Different Types Of Partnerships And Be Able To Develop And Implement Effective Channel Sales Strategies To Drive Revenue Growth.
