- Work closely with external vendors and partners to negotiate competitive rates and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Communicate and educate employees on available benefits options and ensure all benefits-related inquiries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage the enrollment process for all benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the administration of benefits programs, including tracking and reporting on usage, costs, and employee satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees to understand their needs and preferences regarding benefits.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and managers on benefits-related matters.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure benefits programs are in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Continuously assess and improve the employee experience related to benefits, including the onboarding process, communication, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with the diversity and inclusion team to ensure benefits programs are inclusive and support a diverse workforce.
- Monitor and report on benefits program metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of benefits offerings.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
