Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our growing team at Dropbox. As the Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our relationships with key clients. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the satisfaction and retention of our clients, while also driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.   1. Manage and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  2. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
  3. Develop and implement account management strategies to maximize client engagement and satisfaction.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide clients with customized solutions and services.
  6. Monitor and analyze client usage and performance data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
  7. Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients on their account status and progress.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry and market trends to anticipate clients' needs and provide them with relevant recommendations.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Dropbox, promoting our products and services to clients and potential clients.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the overall client experience and drive customer loyalty.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activity.
  12. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support the development and execution of sales strategies.
  13. Represent Dropbox at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients.
  14. Mentor and train junior members of the account management team.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In Sales Or Account Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Strong Understanding Of Dropbox Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Identify And Communicate Potential Upselling Opportunities.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Customer Satisfaction Goals.
