- Act as a brand ambassador for Dropbox, promoting our products and services to clients and potential clients.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the overall client experience and drive customer loyalty.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activity.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support the development and execution of sales strategies.
- Represent Dropbox at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients.
- Mentor and train junior members of the account management team.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In Sales Or Account Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
Strong Understanding Of Dropbox Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Identify And Communicate Potential Upselling Opportunities.
