  1. Provide individual and group therapy services to students at Drexel University.
  2. Coordinate and facilitate various support groups and workshops for students.
  3. Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for students.
  4. Collaborate with other members of the mental health team to ensure comprehensive and effective care for students.
  5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical services provided.
  6. Stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based treatments in the field of mental health.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with students.
  8. Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and other team activities.
  9. Engage in outreach and education initiatives to promote mental health and well-being on campus.
  10. Support a diverse and inclusive campus community by providing culturally competent care.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when working with students, colleagues, and other members of the university community.
  12. Adhere to all university policies and procedures related to mental health services.
  13. Continuously assess and monitor the effectiveness of services provided and make appropriate adjustments as needed.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and organizations on campus to enhance mental health resources and support for students.
  15. Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of students, including evening and weekend availability as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Doctoral Degree In Clinical Psychology Or Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Licensure As A Psychologist In The State Of Pennsylvania.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Providing Individual And Group Therapy In A University Counseling Center Setting.

  • Experience In Coordinating, Developing, And Facilitating Group Therapy Programs And Workshops.

  • Knowledge Of And Experience With A Variety Of Therapeutic Modalities And Techniques, Including Group Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, And Mindfulness-Based Interventions.
