As a key member of our IT team, the Sr IT Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of technology solutions that meet the business needs of our various departments. The ideal candidate for this role will bring a combination of strong technical and business skills and be able to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and other IT professionals. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, the candidate must have a thorough understanding of IT systems and processes, experience in developing and documenting business processes, and a track record of successful project delivery.
