
Senior Benefits Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Senior Benefits Consultant to join our Human Resources team at Drexel University. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience in employee benefits and compensation, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Benefits Consultant will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to our HR team, as well as developing, managing, and administering employee benefits programs.This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits and compensation and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. The successful candidate must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
