  1. Conduct laboratory experiments and field research in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  2. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments for accurate and reliable results.
  3. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from experiments and research projects.
  4. Prepare and maintain detailed records of experiments, data, and results.
  5. Collaborate with research team members to plan and execute experiments and projects.
  6. Assist in the development and optimization of new laboratory techniques and procedures.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols in the laboratory and field.
  8. Troubleshoot technical issues and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Stay up-to-date on the latest scientific advancements and techniques related to the research projects.
  10. Communicate research findings through presentations, reports, and publications.
  11. Train and supervise less experienced laboratory and field staff.
  12. Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment.
  13. Follow ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in all research activities.
  14. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on progress and findings.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the research team through a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Environmental Science.

  • Previous Experience Working In A Laboratory Or Field Setting, Preferably In A Research Or Academic Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Laboratory And Field Equipment, Including But Not Limited To Microscopes, Spectrophotometers, And Data Collecting Devices.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Interpret Data Accurately.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Researchers, Students, And Faculty Members In A Fast-Paced Environment.
