- Provide technical support for various media equipment and software used in classrooms, labs, and events across campus.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Prior Experience In Providing Technical Support For Media Equipment And Software In A University Or Similar Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Various Operating Systems, Including Windows And Mac Os.
Familiarity With Audio/Visual Technology, Including Projectors, Sound Systems, And Video Conferencing Equipment.
Excellent Communication And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Users.
