Job Description

At Drexel University, we are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Gift Administration to join our team. The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall management of gift processing, donor relations and stewardship, and associated activities. This position requires an individual with strong leadership skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to developing relationships with alumni, faculty, staff, and other University constituents. The Executive Director of Gift Administration will be responsible for providing professional and exemplary support to the development team, while creating a donor-centric culture that is supported by a timely, accurate, and compliant gift processing system.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in development, donor relations and stewardship, or related field. They should also have a strong knowledge of auditing, accounting, and financial management. The Executive Director should have the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team and foster an environment of collaboration and accountability.
