  1. Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage the occupancy of Drexel University's residential facilities and conference services.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students and guests.
  3. Manage a team of staff members responsible for occupancy management, conference planning, and customer service.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
  5. Conduct regular assessments of occupancy and conference needs, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
  6. Create and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with university standards and regulations.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for student and guest inquiries and concerns related to residential facilities and conference services.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support the delivery of high-quality services.
  9. Monitor and manage budget for residential services and conference services, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in occupancy management and conference services, and implement innovative ideas to enhance the student and guest experience.
  11. Foster a welcoming and inclusive community within the residential facilities and conference services.
  12. Represent Drexel University and the residential services department at various events and meetings.
  13. Provide leadership and professional development opportunities for staff members to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  14. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to promote residential facilities and conference services to potential students and guests.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to residential facilities and conference services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Residential Services, Occupancy Management, Or Conference Services.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Staff Members.

  • Knowledge Of Housing And Occupancy Regulations And Best Practices.
