- Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage the occupancy of Drexel University's residential facilities and conference services.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students and guests.
- Manage a team of staff members responsible for occupancy management, conference planning, and customer service.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
- Conduct regular assessments of occupancy and conference needs, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
- Create and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with university standards and regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for student and guest inquiries and concerns related to residential facilities and conference services.

- Represent Drexel University and the residential services department at various events and meetings.

- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to promote residential facilities and conference services to potential students and guests.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to residential facilities and conference services.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Residential Services, Occupancy Management, Or Conference Services.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Staff Members.
Knowledge Of Housing And Occupancy Regulations And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
