Job Description

As Director of Research Security & Integrity at Drexel University, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic and innovative team to ensure the security and integrity of research activities across the University. You will be responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing security and integrity policies and procedures, while working with faculty, staff and students to ensure a safe and secure research environment.The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of security and integrity practices and excellent interpersonal skills. We are looking for a proactive leader who is a self-starter and can collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. You will have a passion for continual improvement, finding creative solutions to challenges, and a commitment to the highest ethical standards.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. information security, cyber security, etc.)• 5+ years of experience in security and/or research integrity• Knowledge of security and integrity policies and procedures• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels• Proven track record in developing and implementing security and integrity policies• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and continual improvement
