
Director of Implementation
Oversight of all day to day operations of this project. Monitor required outcomes of the project and ensure the project is on target to meet deadlines and deliverables. Collect GPRA data and all other program evaluations processes. Oversee the community advisory boards in several counties that will help address barriers and solutions to program implementation. Train and supervise the implementation team of ten outreach workers at the Mental Health Association in Kansas who will be responsible for implementation of the BH-Works software program. Oversee the on line Behavioral Health Learning Collaborative that will help create a community of practice for the agencies and schools involved in the practice. Oversee implementation of all training activates, including trauma training, family therapy training, and general risk assessment training. Help build new training context that will placed on the on-line learning center.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in program development, training, staff training and research or program management activities.
Prior experience in working with adolescents, schools, and mental health service systems is preferred.
