The successful applicant will possess the necessary skills to provide effective counseling, academic coaching and advisement, and will have the ability to work collegially and collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff.Qualifications for this position include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field, a minimum of three years of experience in counseling or academic advising, and experience with a variety of counseling approaches.
