Job Description

The Drexel University community seeks an innovative and collaborative leader to join our team as the Associate Dean of Graduate Studies and Online Education. Candidates for this role should have a deep commitment to our mission of strengthening the educational opportunities for students, as well as a passion for fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment. The Associate Dean of Graduate Studies and Online Education will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and assessment of the graduate studies and online education initiatives at Drexel University.The ideal candidate must possess a Master’s degree in an applicable field, five years of experience in higher education and graduate studies, and a proven track record of success in overseeing the development and implementation of graduate studies and online education initiatives. In addition, candidates must demonstrate an ability to collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to ensure the successful development and execution of graduate studies and online education initiatives. The successful candidate must also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Finally, candidates must be willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and possess a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable learning environment.
