The Center for Autism and Neurodiversity at Drexel University is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our center and contribute to our mission of promoting neurodiversity and inclusion.   1. Provide administrative support to the Center for Autism and Neurodiversity at Drexel University.
  2. Assist in the daily operations of the center, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining records and databases.
  3. Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and promote the center's mission.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  5. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  6. Help organize and coordinate events, meetings, and trainings for the center.
  7. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  9. Contribute to the development and implementation of new administrative processes and procedures.
  10. Support the center's outreach and marketing efforts through tasks such as creating promotional materials and managing social media accounts.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to autism and neurodiversity.
  12. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the center's leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Psychology, Education, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Academic Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Autism And Neurodiversity, Including Understanding Of Current Research And Best Practices.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Individuals From Diverse Backgrounds And Levels Of Experience.
