- Develop and implement strategic plans for the DashMart DP&R vertical, in alignment with the overall company objectives and goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion of the DashMart DP&R business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DashMart DP&R operations with other departments, such as marketing, supply chain, and finance.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of DashMart DP&R, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and delivery logistics.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of operational staff to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of DashMart DP&R.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, and recommend proactive measures to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
- Identify and address any operational challenges or bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to overcome them.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on DashMart DP&R performance and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment and lead by example to motivate and inspire team members.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Operations Management Or Supply Chain Management In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Process Improvements.
Extensive Knowledge Of Supply Chain And Logistics Principles, Including Inventory Management, Forecasting, And Demand Planning.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Identify Trends And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Within The Organization.
