  1. Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to drive growth and success for small and medium-sized business partners.
  2. Lead and manage a team of account managers to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to SMB partners.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB partners, acting as the main point of contact for any issues or concerns.
  4. Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the SMB segment.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and execute joint initiatives and campaigns.
  6. Develop and track key metrics and performance indicators to measure the success of the SMB account management program.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of the SMB account management program.
  8. Identify and drive process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the SMB account management function.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management, and proactively make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to promote professional growth and development.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Senior Manager Of Smb Account Management At Doordash Should Have Experience Leading A Team And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. They Should Be Able To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Support, And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Goals.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales And Account Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Successful Track Record In Sales And Account Management, Particularly In The Smb Market.   • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: In Addition To Managing Relationships, The Senior Manager Of Smb Account Management Will Also Be Responsible For Analyzing Data, Identifying Trends, And Making Strategic Recommendations To Optimize Account Performance. This Requires Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Complex Problems.

  • Knowledge Of The Food Delivery Industry: While Not A Requirement, A Strong Understanding Of The Food Delivery Industry And The Challenges And Opportunities Within The Smb Market Would Be Beneficial For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Competitors, Market Trends, And Best Practices For Driving Success In This Space.
