In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy for our gift card program, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and growth.   1. Develop and execute the overall strategy for our gift card program.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and growth.
  3. Lead and manage a team to execute the gift card program strategy.
  4. Identify new opportunities and partnerships to expand the gift card program.
  5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform the gift card program strategy.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for the gift card program.
  8. Communicate progress and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors.
  10. Create and implement processes and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the gift card program.
  11. Train and mentor team members to maintain a high level of performance.
  12. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market and customer needs to inform the gift card program strategy.
  13. Lead the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns to promote the gift card program.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for the gift card program, representing DoorDash in a positive and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Gift Card Strategy: The Senior Manager Should Have A Strong Background In Developing And Executing Gift Card Strategies In A Fast-Paced Environment. This Includes Experience In Identifying New Opportunities, Managing Partnerships, And Implementing Innovative Solutions.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Someone Who Can Lead A Team Of Individuals And Drive Results Through Effective Communication, Mentorship, And Decision-Making. The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Capacity.

  • Business Acumen: The Senior Manager Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Gift Card Market And The Ability To Identify Trends And Opportunities For Growth. They Should Also Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Use Data To Drive Strategic Decisions.

  • Project Management Skills: Doordash Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Company, And The Senior Manager Should Be Able To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously. This Includes Setting Timelines, Delegating Tasks, And Ensuring Projects Are Completed On Time And Within Budget.

  • Collaborative And Adaptable: The Senior Manager Will Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Finance, Marketing, And Product Development. They Should Be Able To Collaborate Effectively And Adapt To Changing Priorities And Business Needs. Experience Working In A Startup Environment Is A Plus.
