Senior Manager, Finance & Strategy - Grocery

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Finance & Strategy - Grocery at DoorDash who is passionate about driving results and leveraging their expertise to help achieve our ambitious goals. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, an ability to think strategically, and be comfortable making decisions and driving change in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of finance experience, ideally in a high-growth technology or ecommerce company, and/or in a top-tier consulting firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, deep knowledge of business operations, and experience with strategic initiatives. Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint is essential. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to senior leaders.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for Grocery programs.
2. Identify and drive strategic initiatives to further develop and grow our Grocery business.
3. Develop and maintain financial models, tools, and processes.
4. Prepare budget and financial analyses to assist with decision making.
5. Monitor financial performance and identify areas of improvement.
6. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Grocery partners.
7. Conduct market research and competitive analyses.
8. Participate in strategic planning and execution of initiatives.
9. Manage the preparation of presentations and reports to senior management.
10. Support the business operations team with financial analysis and insights.
