Senior Manager, Dasher & Logistics

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Dasher & Logistics to join our team at DoorDash. In this role, you will be the expert on all things related to Dasher recruitment, retention, and logistics. You will be a key contributor to scaling our efforts in these areas and enabling us to bring the best experience to millions of customers and Dashers.To excel in this role, you must have an in-depth understanding of the Dasher lifecycle and logistics operations. You must also possess the ability to synthesize data into insights, create and execute plans for scaling our Dasher and logistics operations, and drive partnerships with key external partners.This position requires a highly organized, data-driven professional who can think strategically and problem solve quickly. To be successful, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and have a proven track record of success in a logistics role. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to quickly build relationships and trust with external and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop strategies to recruit, retain, and support Dashers.
2. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to optimize Dasher and logistics operations.
3. Develop and execute plans to scale our Dasher and logistics operations.
4. Manage partnerships with key external partners.
5. Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to quickly build relationships and trust with external and internal stakeholders.
6. Monitor Dasher lifecycle and logistics operations.
7. Stay organized and up-to-date on changes in the industry.
8. Develop and implement operational processes that meet the needs of customers, Dashers, and the company.
9. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
10. Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement.
