Job Description

DoorDash is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Manager, Consumer Strategy & Operations to lead our Consumer Strategy & Operations team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth and efficiency, while optimizing customer experience and loyalty. You will be a leader in driving key initiatives that support our consumer-facing business.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer operations, product management, customer success, and/or strategy. You will have the intellectual curiosity and analytical skills to drive insights and impactful business decisions. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.If you are an organized, data-driven, and creative thinker who is passionate about driving growth and innovation, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies that drive growth and efficiency while optimizing customer experience and loyalty.
  2. Lead key initiatives that support the consumer-facing business.
  3. Utilize intellectual curiosity and analytical skills to drive insights and business decisions.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
  5. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and trends, and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the success of strategies and initiatives.
  8. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  9. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress.
