Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Consumer Strategy & Operations to join our team at DoorDash. In this role, you will lead and develop a team to drive growth and operational improvements for our consumer-facing products and services.You must have a proven track record of success leading strategic initiatives and overseeing operations in a consumer-focused business. Your ability to form strong partnerships with stakeholders and execute on innovative strategies will be a key part of your success in this role.You’ll be a critical leader on our team, responsible for driving growth and efficiency through data-driven insights, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives. If you’re ambitious, have a passion for customer experience and operations, and have a desire to make an impact in a fast-paced and exciting environment, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team to drive growth and operational improvements for consumer-facing products and services.
  2. Develop and execute on innovative strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
  3. Create data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders.
  5. Proactively identify and address operational issues.
  6. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform strategic initiatives.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  8. Develop and manage the budget for consumer strategy and operations.
  9. Monitor progress on all strategic initiatives and operations.
  10. Research and analyze industry trends and best practices.
