
Senior Director, People Business Partners
As Senior Director, People Business Partners at DoorDash, you will be a key leader in driving our People strategy forward. You will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of a comprehensive people strategy to help achieve our organizational goals.You will work closely with the executive team to ensure that our people agenda is closely aligned to our business objectives. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive people strategy that is aligned with our core values and reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.You will be a visible leader in our organization and will work collaboratively with all levels of the organization to ensure that our people strategy is implemented effectively. In order to be successful in this role, you must have an understanding of the current HR landscape and have experience developing and implementing a comprehensive people strategy.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior HR role, with a strong track record of success in developing and executing a people strategy. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and drive multiple stakeholders. You must have a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a passion for driving positive change.
