If so, DoorDash is searching for a Senior Director of High-Volume Recruiting to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven track record of successfully leading high-volume recruitment efforts for large-scale organizations. You should be able to develop innovative strategies to source, engage, and hire top talent. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners.The Senior Director of High-Volume Recruiting will be responsible for managing and executing the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple business units. You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure recruiting plans are aligned with organizational objectives. You will leverage data-driven insights to drive recruiting strategies and you will be the point of contact for senior-level leadership and external partners.Required Qualifications:• 8+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in a large-scale organization• Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment efforts • Experience developing and executing innovative recruiting strategies• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to build relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners• Strong experience with data-driven insights• Ability to manage and execute full-cycle recruitment process• Experience collaborating with HR and business leaders to ensure recruiting plans are aligned with organizational objectives• Proven ability to be the point of contact for senior-level leadership and external partners

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and execute the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple business units.
  2. Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies.
  3. Leverage data-driven insights to drive recruiting strategies.
  4. Build relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  5. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure recruiting plans are aligned with organizational objectives.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for senior-level leadership and external partners.
  7. Monitor recruitment trends and develop process improvements as needed.
  8. Oversee onboarding and training for new hires.
  9. Create and maintain recruitment records and reports.
  10. Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
