
Senior Director, High-Volume Recruiting

You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners.The Senior Director of High-Volume Recruiting will be responsible for managing and executing the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple business units. You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure recruiting plans are aligned with organizational objectives. You will leverage data-driven insights to drive recruiting strategies and you will be the point of contact for senior-level leadership and external partners.Required Qualifications:• 8+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in a large-scale organization• Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment efforts • Experience developing and executing innovative recruiting strategies• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to build relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners• Strong experience with data-driven insights• Ability to manage and execute full-cycle recruitment process• Experience collaborating with HR and business leaders to ensure recruiting plans are aligned with organizational objectives• Proven ability to be the point of contact for senior-level leadership and external partners
Responsibilities:
