
Senior Director, High-Volume Recruiting
As the Senior Director of High-Volume Recruiting at DoorDash, you will have the opportunity to join an innovative and growing team that is revolutionizing the way people eat by connecting customers with local restaurants. You must be an effective communicator and relationship-builder, with the ability to foster trust and collaboration between recruiters and hiring managers. Additionally, you will need to be highly organized, with the ability to effectively manage multiple recruiting projects and initiatives simultaneously.We are looking for a candidate who is excited to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering food that people love. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-volume recruiting team to ensure the successful onboarding of new hires.
- Create and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their individual needs.
- Utilize technology and other resources to optimize the recruiting process.
- Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in the field of high-volume recruiting.
- Manage the budget for recruiting initiatives.
- Develop and implement training programs for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Participate in industry events to build relationships with potential candidates.
- Foster an inclusive and diverse work environment.
