Senior Director, High-Volume Recruiting

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Director, High-Volume Recruiting to join DoorDash and lead our recruiting team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of our high-volume recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and the ability to think analytically and strategically.To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; 8+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a high-volume recruiting environment; and a deep understanding of the recruiting process and technologies. 4. Monitor and analyze recruitment performance metrics to drive improved results.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies to ensure an ample talent pipeline.
6. Lead the recruitment team to ensure successful execution of the recruitment strategy.
7. Foster a positive candidate experience to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
8. Develop and implement recruitment process improvements to drive improved results.
9. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
10. Manage and mentor team members to ensure successful recruitment efforts.
