
Senior Director, High-Volume Recruiting
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Director, High-Volume Recruiting to join DoorDash and lead our recruiting team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of our high-volume recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and the ability to think analytically and strategically.To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; 8+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a high-volume recruiting environment; and a deep understanding of the recruiting process and technologies. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the strategy and execution of DoorDash's high-volume recruitment efforts.
- Develop and implement high-volume recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure recruiting needs are met.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment performance metrics to drive improved results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies to ensure an ample talent pipeline.
- Lead the recruitment team to ensure successful execution of the recruitment strategy.
- Foster a positive candidate experience to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Develop and implement recruitment process improvements to drive improved results.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
- Manage and mentor team members to ensure successful recruitment efforts.
