- Serve as a key member of the Strategy & Operations team, contributing to the development and execution of DoorDash's growth strategy.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product, to drive initiatives and streamline operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local restaurant partners to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize problem-solving skills and critical thinking to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports and updates to leadership.
- Conduct research and gather insights to inform strategic decisions and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee and manage projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competition to inform and enhance DoorDash's strategy.
- Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Economics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Consulting Or Strategy Role, Preferably In The Tech Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Translate Data Into Actionable Insights.
Excellent Project Management Skills With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Stakeholders Simultaneously.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Operational Efficiency And Implementing Strategic Initiatives To Improve Business Performance.
